Inviting and Managing Team Members

Share your show with the entire team using their emails.

Written by Prudence

Much of what we do is driven by teamwork, so we've made it simple for you to share your work and ideas with your team and have them contribute to the development of your show.

Inviting Team Members

Once you’ve logged into your ProductionPro account:

  1. Click on your show title to access your show.

  2. Click on the gear button next to your show title to open Production Settings.

  3. Click on the Add Member button to start adding your team using their email addresses. If you are adding multiple emails, you can separate them with a comma, space, or new line.

  4. Select the permission level and view access you’d like to assign each person or group of people.

  5. Click Invite.

You'll then see a summary showing the status of each invitation you sent.

⚠️ Note: If the Add Member button is greyed out and disabled, it’s likely that you have “Contributor” or "Viewer" permissions. In that case, you won't be able to add or manage team members. Please contact one of your production admins to add new team members or update your permission level.

Pending Invites

When you invite team members, you will see a list of pending invites for anyone who hasn't created their account yet. To manage these invites, click the ellipsis icon next to a pending member. You can choose to either resend or revoke the invite.

You can resend a pending member's invitation to remind them to sign up. If you revoke an invitation, that person won’t be able to access the production, even if they create a ProductionPro account later.

To change the permission level of a pending member, first revoke their invitation. Then, re-invite them with the correct permission level.

Removing Members

To remove a team member after they’ve accepted an invite:

  1. Click the ellipsis icon next to their name.

  2. Select Remove Member.

  3. Confirm the action.

Once removed, the team member will lose access to the production and all its materials.
