When you upload files onto your show in ProductionPro, you're not only uploading it to the one place your team can find everything, you're making it easier for them to find what they need. Every time you add a file to your Library, just tag* the relevant Scene, Character, and Department to it, so it can be easily searchable for all who need it.

Each show on ProductionPro is preloaded with Scene and Character tags that are unique to the show. For example, if you're doing the musical Hairspray, "Welcome to the 60s" and "Tracy Turnblad" are both available to attach to your files.

You may also use the following tags:

Departments:

2nd Unit
Art Dept
Camera
Casting
Choreography
Costume
Dialect
Direction
Hair
Lighting
Locations
Makeup
Music
Projections
Props
Set
Set Dec
Sound
Stage Mgmt

Other:

*When you upload and tag a file in your production's media library in the ProductionPro iPad app, the file will appear in your production's scene breakdown. If you upload a file directly to a scene or character's media collection, those tags are automatically added to the file.
