This article contains information for using the ProductionPro iPad App. If you're using the ProductionPro Web App, please see this article.

If you've uploaded files to the Media Library and they're untagged, you can tag them with characters, scenes, departments, and other production tags.

Whether you upload your files using ProductionPro on the Web or the ProductionPro iPad app, you'll find your untagged files in the Untagged space, which you can access by tapping the three lines icon on the upper lefthand side of the library view.

To tag your files, tap "Select" in the upper right corner.

Select which files you want to tag (you can tag one or many files at a time) and tap "Edit Tags" in the upper right corner.

Choose which Character, Department, Scene, and/or other production tags you'd like to attach to your files. Then tap "Save" in the bottom right corner of the tagging modal when you’re finished.

Once you've tagged your files, they will disappear from the Untagged space. You can return to the current library space by tapping "Untagged" once more. You can now view and filter those files by their tags within the library, or you can view them in the Scene Breakdown (if you tagged them to specific scenes and/or characters).
