After you've uploaded and tagged your files, you can use the tags you assigned to filter the way you view your media in the library.

To filter your files, open the filter drawer by tapping the three lines icon on the upper lefthand side of the library view.

If, for example, you want to see location photos for your production, tap "Departments" and select the Locations tag. The library will then filter to show you every file with this tag.

You can use our powerful filtering system to select as many tags across the different categories as you want, fully customizing what files you need to see and how you see them. To reset the library and clear all of your selected tags, tap the tag icon in the upper left corner and select "Clear All”.

If you want to change how your files are grouped, you can open the grouping menu by tapping on “Scene” in the upper left corner of the media library. Files are grouped by scene by default, but you can also group them by character and department.

To change how your files are sorted, you can open the sorting menu by tapping “Recent”, which is right next to the grouping menu. By default, files are sorted by what’s been uploaded most recently, but you can also sort them chronologically, alphabetically, or reverse alphabetically.
