Downloading Binder Documents
While connected to the internet, you can prepare the Binder documents you want to access offline later. You can do this one document at a time, or in batches.
To make a single document available offline:
Ensure you're connected to the internet.
Open your production.
Go to the Binder Document Library.
Long-press on the document you want to make available offline.
In the context menu, tap Make Available Offline.
To make several documents available offline at once:
In the Binder Document Library, tap Select in the upper right corner.
Select the document(s) you want to make available offline.
Tap Make Available Offline.
📌 Tip:
Documents downloaded for offline viewing show a green download icon under the file name in the Binder. Even if you close the document’s tab while offline, it will still be available to open again from the Binder.
Documents that are currently open in the viewer display a yellow dot in the left margin of the Binder. These are temporarily available offline, but only while they remain open. Once closed, they will no longer be accessible offline unless you’ve explicitly downloaded them.
🚨 Important: If a document is greyed out while offline, you cannot download it until you reconnect to the internet.
Removing Downloaded Documents
To free up space, you can remove offline access at any time.
