This article contains information for using the ProductionPro Web App. If you're using the ProductionPro iPad App, please see this article.

After uploading your files, you’ll need to tag them to make sure they can be grouped and are searchable by Character, Scene, and Department.

You can tag files to connect them to Characters, Scenes, and Departments by doing any of the following:

  1. Right after uploading, click “Select” in the Upload window, select your file(s), and click “Add Tags”

  2. Click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the library, select your files, and click “Edit Tags”

  3. To tag a specific file, click the ellipsis icon on the file itself and then click “Edit Tags”

If you have any untagged files, you can find them by clicking the red "Untagged" button* below the Character, Scene, and Department filters. Once you’ve assigned tags to them, the files will disappear from this space and can now be searched for and viewed in groups.

*Don’t see a red “Untagged” button? This means all your files have been tagged and can be grouped and searched for by Character, Scene, and Department!
