Some email services automatically push ProductionPro verification emails to a different folder because our domain is unfamiliar to them.

If you've just created your ProductionPro account here, and have not received a verification email in your Inbox, please check your Spam and other folders for an email from "noreply@production.pro" with the subject header "Verify your ProductionPro Account".

If you still do not see the verification email in your Spam and other folders, please start a chat with us and provide us with the email address you used to create your ProductionPro account. We'll then be able to check on the status of verification email on our backend and let you know how to proceed.
