I don't hear any sound in the iPad app, what do I do?

If your iPad is on Silent Mode, then any audio in the ProductionPro app will not come through. You will need to turn off Silent Mode in order for the sound to play; we also recommend turning on "Do Not Disturb" if you want to avoid interruptions from notifications while you listen.
