Once you add ProductionPro to your MTI show license, you will receive an email welcoming you to the platform with a prompt to create an account to access the digital script and piano vocal score.
All you'll need to do to see those materials is:
Create your ProductionPro account using the email address you received the invitation on;
Verify your email; and
Log in to access your show and see your digital script and piano vocal score!
Some email systems tend to push our invitation and verification emails to Spam or other folder because they deem our domain unfamiliar, so please check those if you do not see them in your Inbox.
Still don't see your show, even after logging in?
🚨 If you still don't see your show when you log into your account, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
The order was processed under a different email address than the one you used to create your ProductionPro account
It's a new show from MTI and requires some additional admin work on our end
We have not received the order yet from MTI
In the case that you don't see your show in your account, just open a chat with us and we'll help look into it!
