Many school WiFi networks have firewalls preventing external emails from entering the system and students from accessing sites that are not familiar to the institution or district. As such, some schools may have issues receiving ProductionPro emails (such as invitations to productions and verification emails) and accessing their content on ProductionPro on the Web and the ProductionPro iPad app.

If you're using a school email address to access ProductionPro, please ask your IT department to whitelist our system email address "noreply@production.pro" and the following IP addresses:

205.201.128.0/20

198.2.128.0/18

148.105.0.0/16

We also recommend that your IT department whitelists the following server URLs:

Additionally, if your organization has a blocklist for URL management, you may want to have them double-check that none of the words in the URL for ProductionPro is on that list (for example, the words "member" or "production").

If you're unable to play your uploaded media in ProductionPro, it's very likely due to the firewall. Whitelisting these URLs will resolve this issue.
