Production Pro is a “general audience” service that is not directed to children under 13. However, we permit children under 13 to use the service with parental consent, as provided in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you are a school, school district, teacher or other educator and want your students who are under the age of 13 to create ProductionPro accounts, including in conjunction with the establishment of a ProductionPro account for the school or a group of students at the school, you will need to obtain any necessary consents (including consent from a parent or guardian, as applicable) before creating such accounts. You must provide the parent or guardian a copy of ProductionPro’s Privacy Policy, and keep copies of any consents on file and provide them to ProductionPro upon request.

For more information about the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), please visit the Federal Trade Commission’s website.

For your convenience, we have provided a sample Parental Consent Form to assist you in obtaining any necessary parental consent.
